FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS

Check-in is mandatory for finalization of rosters, schedules and review of all rules. Before coming to check-in, please have your roster/waiver complete. This means we need each player's name and information prior to check-in. We use electronic means for roster/waivers. Please go to www.dugout.org and click on the Florida World Championship Series and click on the "Official Team Roster Waiver Form" icon and complete your roster. Once you place a player on the roster, please know that you are acknowledging that the player knows and understands the assumption and acknowledgement of risks and release of liability. If you do not have this complete at the time of check-in, you will not be able to go through check-in until you have completed the waiver via a computer at check-in and have it printed and available for the check-in process. Your team will not participate in the tournament until your roster is 100% complete. The online roster/waiver is easy to complete by simply having your players information available to you in order to complete it.

If you cannot make a check-in time you must contact the NABA National Office or the tournament host headquarters and talk with a tournament official. You will not be allowed to play in your first game without first going through the mandatory check-in procedure. You will need to set up a time with the tournament director that will allow you to go through check-in and be able to play in your first game.

Schedules, Playoff Format, programs, player tournament ID cards, tournament t-shirts if ordered, and maps, together with team buckets and baseballs, will be distributed at Check-in. Tournament ID cards are the back of the program. Each player must complete the tournament ID card and keep it on them with their driver's license at each game they play. Tournament officials may ask for the tournament ID prior to any game; and/or if there is a protest, the player asked to produce the ID or involved in the protest must be able to produce their tournament ID card and driver's license or will be immediately removed from the game.

No refund will be given during or after the tournament beyond the check-in registration point, regardless if players fail to show!

Be sure your roster is 100% complete! Rosters are frozen after the check-in process. No players can be added or deleted after registration, no exceptions!

THERE WILL BE RANDOM ROSTER CHECKS THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT AND MANDATORY ROSTER CHECKS FOR ALL PLAYOFF TEAMS AND CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS!
